50ml Distiller's Cut Gin
10ml Creme de Pêche
20ml Fresh Apple Juice
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Passionfruit Pulp
10ml Egg White
5ml Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, fill with fresh ice seal and shake well.
Once chilled, discard ice the dry shake.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh Passionfruit.
